  • Each product includes detailed descriptions of size, materials, and usage. Due to handmade nature, minor variations in color or size may occur.

2. Ordering Policy

  • Vietnam: Orders are placed online via the website and confirmed via email or SMS.

  • United States: Orders are placed online via the website and confirmed via email.

  • Viettoyshop reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if products are out of stock or customer information is inaccurate.

3. Payment

  • Vietnam: Supports COD, Bank QR Code Payment, and MoMo e-wallet. Fixed shipping fee: 40,000 VND.

  • United States: Cash on Delivery (COD) only, free shipping.

  • Product prices include VAT (where applicable).

4. Shipping

  • Vietnam: Nationwide delivery. Delivery time:

    • Inner-city: 1–3 business days.

    • Suburban/rural: 3–7 business days.

  • United States: Nationwide delivery. Delivery time: 5–9 business days.

  • Carriers: Viettel Post, Giao Hang Nhanh, J&T Express (VN) / USPS, UPS, FedEx (US).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Vietnam: Returns/exchanges within 7 days from receipt if defective or incorrect.

  • United States: Returns/exchanges within 30 days from receipt if defective or incorrect.

  • Conditions:

    • Unused product in original packaging.

    • Invoice/proof of purchase provided.

  • Return fees: Free if due to Viettoyshop error; customer pays if due to change of mind.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Viettoyshop protects customer data in compliance with Vietnam law and US regulations (CCPA for US).

  • Information is used solely to process orders and improve services.

  • No third-party sharing unless required by law.

7. Changes to Terms
